This workshop helps students build foundational awareness of stress and equips them with practical techniques for self-regulation and mental clarity.

Breathing Techniques: Box breathing & extended exhale breath for calming
the nervous system

This workshop supports students in performing under pressure by providing tools to stay focused, energized, and mentally grounded.
