Abitur Exam Preparation Series

A two-part workshop series supporting Abitur students in managing stress and preparing for exams with a healthy mindset. Stress-Management & Resilience workshop offered in Autumn. Focus, Energy, & Exam Mindset workshop offered in Spring.
