What We Do

Kids Yoga in Kitas

​A fun, playful program bringing yoga, mindfulness, and social-emotional learning to your Kita. Through stories, songs, props, and simple poses, children (ages 2–6) develop focus, motor skills, confidence, and a sense of calm in a supportive, inclusive environment.

School Workshops

Interactive movement and mindfulness programs for primary and secondary students, supporting focus, emotional well-being, and social-emotional learning. Flexible formats available: one-time workshops, project weeks, or assemblies.

Online 1:1 Sessions

Personalized online mindfulness and stress-support sessions for teens worldwide, helping build focus, confidence, emotional regulation, and resilience. Tailored to each student’s needs, sessions combine awareness about stress and practical tools to manage it.

Hi, I'm EB!

I'm a certified instructor in Yoga & Mindfulness for Kids and Teens, based in Berlin. I work with youth in kindergartens, schools, studios, and online to support confidence, emotional resilience, and wellbeing through movement and mindfulness.
