Secondary School Workshops

Stress-Management & Mindfulness

Designed to help students navigate stress and learn effective ways to calm their nervous systems, regulate emotions, and improve focus.

Exam Preparation Series

A two-part workshop series supporting high school students in managing stress and preparing for major exams (e.g. Abitur, Cambridge) with a healthy mindset.
The series includes a Stress Management & Resilience workshop followed by Focus, Energy & Exam Mindset.​
