A one-time online session to help teens regulate stress and feel more grounded.
This individual session is designed for teens who are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, tense, or under pressure and need practical tools they can use right away.
In this session, your teen will:

Learn how stress affects the body and mind

Practice simple movement and mindfulness tools to calm and regulate the nervous system

Build awareness around personal stress triggers and identify go-to strategies for coping

Gain practical tools they can use at school, at home, or before challenging situations
The session is supportive, age-appropriate, and adapted to your teen’s needs. Your teen will leave with practical tools they can continue using independently.
This session can be booked as a standalone experience or as a first step into a longer program.
