(2x 60-Min Sessions)

Ongoing support to help teens build resilience and sustainable stress-management skills.

This two-session program is ideal for teens who need more than a one-time session and benefit from guidance, reflection, and integration over time.

Session 1: Stress Management & Resilience

  • Nervous system regulation through breathing techniques and movement

  • Emotional regulation tools

  • Building a personalized stress toolkit
     

Session 2: Integration & Personalization

  • Reflecting on what has worked since the first session

  • Adjusting tools to fit daily life and school demands

  • Strengthening resilience and self-awareness

  • Supporting confidence and emotional balance

This program helps teens not only manage stress in the moment, but also develop skills that support long-term well-being.
