Who are the online 1:1 sessions for?

These sessions are designed for teens (ages 12-18) who are experiencing stress, academic pressure, or exam-related anxiety, and who benefit from personalized support.

What platform do the sessions take place on?

Sessions take place online via Google Meet. A private meeting link is sent by email after booking.

Do parents need to be present?

Parents are encouraged to join the free introductory call. All sessions are designed to be supportive and age-appropriate for teens to attend independently.

Are these sessions therapy or counseling?

No. EB Moves sessions are educational and wellness-based, focusing on stress awareness, emotional regulation, and practical tools. They are not a replacement for therapy or medical care.

What makes EB Moves 1:1 sessions different?

EB Moves sessions combine mindfulness, breathing, gentle movement, and practical stress-management tools tailored to each teen’s needs — offering a calm, supportive space beyond traditional academic support.

How do I choose the right program?

If you’re unsure, you can book a free 20-minute introductory call, where we’ll talk about your teen’s needs and choose the most appropriate option.

What is your cancellation policy?

Sessions cancelled 24–2 hours in advance are charged 50%.
Sessions cancelled within 2 hours or no-shows are charged 100%.
