What makes EB Moves different?
EB Moves is rooted in an educational and wellness-based approach. Rather than simply talking about stress, teens actively learn how their nervous system works, how stress affects the body and mind, and what practical tools help regulate it.
Through mindfulness, breathing, gentle movement, and personalized strategies, teens build self-awareness, emotional regulation, confidence, and resilience in a supportive 1:1 environment.
The approach is flexible and teen-centered, adapting to comfort levels and strengths so teens feel capable, supported, and empowered– both during and beyond the sessions.

Who are the online 1:1 sessions for?
These sessions are designed for teens (ages 12-18) who are experiencing stress, anxiety, feelings of overwhelm, or academic or societal pressure, and who benefit from personalized support.
What platform do the sessions take place on?
Sessions take place online via Google Meet. A private meeting link is sent by email after booking.
Do parents need to be present?
Parents are encouraged to join the free introductory call. All sessions are designed to be supportive and age-appropriate for teens to attend independently.
Are these sessions therapy or counseling?
No. EB Moves sessions are educational and wellness-based, focusing on stress awareness, emotional regulation, and practical tools. They are not a replacement for therapy or medical care. Rather than working on underlying clinical issues, sessions help teens recognize stress triggers, become aware of their strengths, and build practical skills to manage stress and increase confidence and resilience in everyday life.
How do I choose the right program?
If you’re unsure, you can book a free 20-minute introductory call, where we’ll talk about your teen’s needs and choose the most appropriate option.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments can be made via PayPal (worldwide), bank transfer (EU), or Venmo (US).
What is your cancellation policy?
Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance are charged 100%. No-shows are also charged 100%.
