​Stress-Management & Mindfulness Workshop for Teens

This workshop is designed to help students navigate stress with practical, age-appropriate tools. Through gentle movement, breathing techniques, and mindfulness exercises, teens will gain resources to calm their nervous systems, regulate emotions, and improve focus. The session also includes open conversation around stress and mindfulness, encouraging students to reflect on their own experiences and build awareness.​​
