The Foundation

Improving Mental & Physical Wellbeing
Movement reduces stress and increases levels of serotonin--the feel good hormone. Students learn & practice tools for mindfulness, empowering them to connect with themselves, understand their emotions, and navigate life with confidence. Through movement & mindfulness, we can help kids grow into healthy, strong adults in body, mind, and spirit.

Positive Environment
A safe-space is created where students can feel comfortable using movement as a way to express feelings, thoughts, or ideas. We emphasize and cultivate kindness towards both ourselves and our peers.

Final Performance
Students will showcase the skills they've learned and the material they've created in a final dance performance for an audience. Through the process of rehearsing and performing, students practice team-work, enhance focus, and develop self-confidence.
About
Hi! My name is EB.
Having trained my entire life in dance, I've experienced the pure joy that movement can bring. I'm passionate about helping kids & teens discover the power of movement & mindfulness. With over 10 years of teaching dance–including 5 years bringing movement to students in schools across Germany–I’ve seen firsthand how these tools transform young minds and bodies.

"EB led dance workshops in English in my music class for several weeks.
With her positive and energetic manner, she motivated the students to get involved in dancing, gave great methodical impulses to the class and, together with the students' short choreographies, developed her own choreography, which we performed at school.
I would gladly take part in a workshop with EB again, and would recommend it to all teachers."
