Get to Know the Program
EB Moves promotes healthy lifestyles for children and teens by integrating movement and mindfulness. Through dance and yoga, students develop strength, flexibility, and coordination while also gaining tools to support their mental and emotional well-being. Dancing has been shown to boost self-esteem, reduce stress, and enhance overall psychological health, fostering more positive emotions. These workshops also offer opportunities to practice mindfulness through breathwork, self-expression, and active listening, helping students build confidence and awareness in both body and mind.
One of the main aspects of EB Moves is to provide a fun, safe environment where an engaging way of learning takes place. Through team-building games and creative movement exercises, students will learn to work together, build trust, and encourage creativity in both themselves and their peers. These workshops also help build confidence and emotional awareness, giving students a supportive space where they feel comfortable expressing themselves and exploring their emotions through movement.
