Class Structure 

Each class is designed to align with the developmental needs of different age groups:

Ages 3-5

Play-based yoga using stories, songs, props, and simple poses to develop motor skills, social and language skills, and imagination

Ages 9-12

An introduction of more complex topics in order to generate new ideas and opinions. More structured sessions incorporating strength-building poses, relaxation techniques, and emotional awareness.

Ages 6-8

A more structured class with a mix of playful movement, mindfulness, and breathing techniques to improve focus, confidence, and coordination. 

Teens

A deeper exploration of themes, focusing on stress-management, emotional resilience, and self-awareness.
